After studying internet culture and memes while distracted from university lectures, I joined Cheezburger, first running Geek Universe and then Memebase before finally setting on Fail Blog.
Other than a keen interest in internet culture I have an interest in and approximate knowledge of many things but have a particular love for nature and the outdoors… which is great for getting outside touching grass after spending most of the week online.
I have a near-obsessive appreciation of progressive rock and the melodic and progressive genres of House and Techno, and I produce music when I'm not writing about the internet.
My favorite author is, and remains, JRR Tolkien—unoriginally and unapologetically.
