Ben Weiss is a New York-based writer/editor for the FAIL Blog team at Cheezburger. He holds an MFA from NYU Tisch and a BA from Northwestern University. His favorite topics to write about at Cheezburger are workplace drama, neighborhood feuds, celebrity news, and his greatest love of all, movies & television.
Ben has also contributed to "Puppet Regime," a weekly political sketch comedy segment that airs on GZERO World with Ian Bremmer on PBS, for which he won a Telly Award for Best Online Comedy Series as part of the writing team.
In his free time, Ben moonlights as a screenwriter and filmmaker. He was a semifinalist for the Academy Nicholl Fellowship and a finalist for the Humanitas Comedy Fellowship. He worships at the altar of Nicole Kidman.
