Congratulations on your dance recital! I'm guessing ballet? It's so much harder than it looks. My neice, when about 5, took dance lessons. One day I asked her what her favorite part was, and she said, the wiggling! LOL I'm sure you are way past the wiggling phase. I'm praying for your grandma. Surgery is such a hard thing to get over. So how many hours of practicing did you have? Around 50? Or more? I hope you have a really good weekend!

Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. Very busy weekend, and then yesterday I spent trying to recover. I like Frosty. There were a few years where I felt I had grown past that, but then, as I got older, it reminded me of all the good times I have had at Christmas. It just depends on where you are in life. It is definitely a classic. And those are good to watch when dealing with a lot of stress, like you are right now. I hope all is well with your grandma. Did you have a good weekend despite the stress?

I see you've met Werdy, our "yung gurl sloof"She's a good one.and we dont see her often enough these days. something about not being allowed to play on computer all day. some parents have strange ideas that are supposed to be good for their kids. Whatever your parents are doing you seem to be coming along just fine. You definitely are from a different time from me. The borrowing of clothes was because we couldn't just go buy what we liked. I learned to sew in order to have a little better selection. If I made a nice skirt then maybe I could buy a nice sweater to go with it. I couldn't buy both at the same time. I know my grand kids don't quite understand this concept but nod and smile and pretend they do. They are so nice. Have a good weekend.
