send this to all your pals help me out This is my fathers letter I am elizabeth hasara he is jonothan hasara The facts are:I have 30 years in the National Guard , I am 52 years old I have a permanent disability and a retirement from the army at 40% I was retired the on 7th Sept 2009, from a line of duty injury (LOD) which occurred on my 14th month of deployment I have 80% rating from the veterans affairs (VA)I am now in retried status My retried pay is off set dollar for dollar from my VA disability Bottom line is I receive 17.62 dollars a month from the army .because of concurrent receiptDafas has informed me I am ineligible for Concurrent Retirement and Disability Payments (CRCP) Because to collect a retirement disability I must be 60 years old. Dafas also informed me there is no phase out for disabled reserve retries until They are 60 years old. we went up against Shrine. Our teams are not like the "Devils", they just name them after local buisnesses. By teh way we lost our second game ( A.K.A Stupid Ump). The ump made a BOGUS call. We were down 4-7 against kiwanis, who i think is the local coockout holder maybe, and my friend was up to bat. He hit the ball to third but the third baseman fielded the ball so we were hoping for a miracle. He touched first before the throw got there and ran through first like u normally would. Someone tagged him afterward, and THE UMP CALLED HIM OUT!!!!!!!! The guy tried to claim he tried to run for second. We all left that game pretty mad. i don't know the outcome of the third game. I had my grandpa's funeral.
