I am so glad to hear from you - and with such excellent news! Tom may have a long row to hoe but I have faith he can make it - we'll claim that miracle for him! Now...what kind of LOLz make *you* laugh the hardest? I feel I must do my part. *hugshugshugs*

I just hope they have someone in her area. Heck, even a good Reiki can help alot. I would try out even other alt health methods than the ones I mentioned, although the ones i did...I KNOW work well with stroke recovery. While I was still practicing, stroke folks made up a big portion of my practice...so did folks hoping to avoid back surgery.
Norah, don't know if you will have time to see this, but..I think about you and your husband a lot. (Went through similar thing myself.) Take good care of yourself, also...make sure you eat and sleep well, if possible. Hugs from Betsy

This message is from Tookat ~~~ Do me a favor? I am not currently friends with NoraNell and am not sure I ever was, though we share many friends. I don't want to send a friendship request because that was the worst thing about suddenly being "out there" as a "sick person". Folks came out of the woodwork left and right wanting to shower me with love and encouragement....advice and love, and "hey..what can I do for you". I was overwhelmed. But would you either copy this and send it on to her, or just tell her that her friend Tookat and her family are wishing her and her husband the best of everything, but mostly a rapid and speedy and complete recovery....and that they only meet up with good, caring and competent medical folk and care takers, whether alt health or traditional medicine. Oh yes, and they do not have to feel obligated to answer or do anything in return. That was the next hardest thing was keeping folks thanked because I felt I had to...as a well brought up gentleperson, but again, it gets overwhelming. heheh I can has secretary?
