Jeff here from the library. No worries about the looking glass lol! We've had a few submissions for that title, but each one has a unique angle, that's the wonderful thing about the book club :-) Same with Romeow & Julicat or The Great Catsby for example, but everyone has a different take, it's rly fascinating!

Each of those pretty packages had a brand-new nest house for each of the babies. So sweet! Winnie (brown) was one of the prettiest little girls I ever had. Molly (white) was one of the reasons her momma came here to give birth. One of the ladies in our rescue network was fostering her, and sent me a photo. Her coloring meant I needed to see the dad that was dumped with her. When his foster sent a pic too, I knew their combination meant 1/4 of the litter was going to be born eyeless. Molly was one of them. Her brothers Mitchell and Webster were eyeless too. They didn't realize anything was missing, and had great, full lives, but it wouldn't have been fair to have them born in a foster home and have to readjust to life elsewhere later. It's a systemic problem within ICHC servers/programs and they have been made aware of it by lots of people. Tofu has passed it onto the IT peeps. Betsy told me: "but I find that if I click on them I almost always get the LOL now. "
